The preparation
Step 1:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 3–4 mm thick slices. Cut the peppers and onions into thin strips.
Step 2:
Place everything in a baking dish, add a little salt, a dash of olive oil and half of the wine, and mix well. Then bake at 220 degrees top and bottom heat for 40-50 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
Step 3:
In the meantime, peel the garlic and chop into small cubes. Wash the mackerel, remove the head and tail, and cut in half lengthwise.
Step 4:
Add a little oil and salt to a pan, add the garlic and chopped parsley and fry briefly.
Step 5:
Place the baking dish with the vegetables from the oven and the mackerel on top. Pour the garlic and parsley sauce evenly over the top and bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve with a slice of lemon.
