PAELLA MIXTA

The fantastic mixed paella

Paella Mixta, also known as mixed paella, is one of the most popular paellas, especially in coastal regions. It is often referred to as tourist paella because it contains both meat and fish.

Many people believe that paella should be made with either fish or meat only. This is certainly open to debate.

In any case, it tastes absolutely delicious and looks great with its seafood decoration. Besides, cooking is creativity.

In principle, it is prepared in a similar way to paella Valenciana.
