Hearty homemade meat broth

A good homemade meat stock can be used for many delicious specialities. For great soups, as a sauce or stock for a delicious paella or other dishes. Quick and easy to prepare. Super tasty.
Ingredients

Chicken bones
Beef bones with meat
1 carrot
1 onion
1 leek
1/2 celeriac
2 sticks of celery
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
2 bay leaves
2 litres water
1 glass white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation time: approx. 1.5 hours

The preparation


Step 1:

Pour the water and wine into a saucepan.

Step 2:

Slice the leek and celery. Peel and dice the carrot, onion, celeriac and garlic, then add to the water along with the bones, bay leaves, olive oil, parsley, paprika, leek and celery. Bring to the boil.

Step 3:

When the water boils, reduce the heat to low, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 1 hour. Cover with a lid.

Step 4:

After cooking, you can remove the vegetables from the broth or use them with the vegetables.
