The preparation
Step 1:
Pour the water and wine into a saucepan.
Step 2:
Slice the leek and celery. Peel and dice the carrot, onion, celeriac and garlic, then add to the water along with the bones, bay leaves, olive oil, parsley, paprika, leek and celery. Bring to the boil.
Step 3:
When the water boils, reduce the heat to low, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 1 hour. Cover with a lid.
Step 4:
After cooking, you can remove the vegetables from the broth or use them with the vegetables.
