The preparation
Step 1:
Peel the lemon using a potato peeler or small knife (only the outer part of the peel). Then put the milk, cinnamon, sugar and lemon peel in a saucepan.
Step 2:
Bring the milk and ingredients to the boil, simmer briefly, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Step 3:
When the milk has cooled to room temperature, pour it through a sieve into a jug and remove the cinnamon and lemon peel. Then place in the fridge for approx. 1 hour. Serve ice cold.
