Smoothies are delicious cold fruit or vegetable drinks. You can make them however you like, tailored to your own taste. This recipe is just one example of how to make smoothies. Whether you use only fruit, only vegetables, or a mix of both, there are no limits to your creativity. Alternatively, you can also add milk or buttermilk.

Smoothies are simply delicious and healthy.
Ingredients

1 mango
1 banana
1 apple
1/2 lemon
250 ml milk

Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
+ 1 hour chilling time

The preparation


Step 1:

Peel the mango, banana and apple and cut them into pieces. Put everything into a blender.

Step 2:

Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the blender along with the milk.

Step 3:

Blend everything on the highest setting until it has a creamy, smooth consistency. Alternatively, you can put everything in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender. If it needs sweetening, add a little sugar to taste. Done! Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve chilled. You can also garnish them with fruit.
